A Super Single bed (fitted with a mattress pad) is provided. (If you need bedding, a brand-new, unopened set is available for purchase at 30,000 KRW.) It features a private entrance directly connected to the street, ensuring excellent privacy. If the contract holder and the resident are different, the resident must be an immediate family member. Rental contracts with foreign nationals are not accepted. Changing the resident after the contract is signed is not permitted, and prior consent is required for any accompanying overnight guests. The interior space and entrance are completely independent, similar to an officetel unit. Guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or bringing pets will result in a special cleaning fee and immediate eviction. The following items are provided to ensure a comfortable "workation" experience: Workation Pack: Desk, chair, bookshelf, capsule coffee machine, rug, cordless vacuum, desk lamp, trolley, USB adapter, Bluetooth speaker, dehumidifier, Chromecast, recycling bin, floor mat, laundry detergent, etc. Guests are required to dispose of trash, wash dishes, and tidy the floor before checking out.
