- It takes a total of 16 minutes from Gangneung Station by bus (No. 223 or 300) and on foot. - It takes around 6 minutes by taxi from Gangneung Station. - It takes around 8 minutes by car from Gangneung IC. - It takes 5 minutes by taxi or about 20 minutes on foot from Gangneung Express Bus Terminal.
- Check-in is contactless. (Unauthorized occupancy by a third party other than the contract holder will result in cancellation without a refund.) - Standard occupancy is for one person (prior consultation and approval required for couples/spouses). - Charges apply for any soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or appliances. - Providing bedding, towels, toiletries, or toilet paper is prohibited for this type of rental (per Gangneung City regulations). - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - High-security CCTV monitoring outside the building. - No smoking (indoors or outdoors) / No pets allowed. - The contract holder must be the one staying. - Registration of residence (moving-in report) is not permitted due to the nature of the short-term rental contract.

The room was in great condition, and the location in downtown Gangneung offered plenty of convenient amenities. It was also close enough to walk to Gangneung Central Market in under 10 minutes, making it easy to explore the area.
The location and facilities are both great. I had a pleasant stay.
