- It takes a total of 16 minutes from Gangneung Station by bus (No. 223 or 300) and on foot. - It takes around 6 minutes by taxi from Gangneung Station. - It takes around 8 minutes by car from Gangneung IC. - It takes 5 minutes by taxi or about 20 minutes on foot from Gangneung Express Bus Terminal.
- Check-in is contactless. (Unauthorized occupancy by a third party other than the contract holder will result in cancellation without a refund.) - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - Standard single-occupancy studio (prior consultation required for two occupants). (Overnight stays by guests are not permitted; exceptions require the landlord's consent.) - Charges apply for soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or appliances. - Providing bedding, towels, toiletries, or toilet paper is prohibited for this type of rental (per Gangneung City regulations). - High-security CCTV surveillance outside the building. - No smoking inside or outside the building / No pets allowed. - The contract holder must be the occupant. - Short-term rental contract; resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
