Fully furnished two-room apartment in Sannam- 방 이미지

Fully furnished two-room apartment in Sannam-

I had a comfortable and quiet stay. I especially liked that there were many great restaurants within walking distance. There was also a convenience store just a minute away, so the location was excellent.

Busan Haeundae-gu

Newly Built Dalmaji Stay

The accommodation itself was generally neat and clean. However, it was a downside that bedding and basic toiletries were not provided, requiring guests to bring their own; this might make it somewhat inconvenient for business trips or short-term stays. It was a bit of a distance from Jangsan Station, making commuting inconvenient, and the lack of a well-developed commercial area nearby meant limited access to amenities. On the positive side, the neighborhood was quiet and the accommodation was tidy. It would likely be a good choice for those who prefer a quiet environment and are able to bring their own necessary supplies.

💛1.5-room unit, 2 minutes from Juyeop Statio

The unit feels spacious thanks to the separate living room and bedroom, and the location is excellent. It is close to Juyeop Station and within walking distance of Lake Park, plus there is a bus stop right in front of the building, making it very convenient to get around Ilsan. However, I was deeply disappointed by the poor cleanliness upon arrival. While the furniture and decor were neatly arranged, the floors, kitchen, and cabinets hadn't been cleaned properly, so I had to clean everything myself before unpacking. I did raise the issue with the host; they apologized and explained the circumstances, but no further action was taken. It was disappointing considering the cleaning fee was already included in the rental cost.

There is a large desk and a comfortable chair, and the landlord replies to messages very quickly.

2-room unit, 5 minutes from Ujangsan Station 방 이미지

Seoul Gangseo-gu

2-room unit, 5 minutes from Ujangsan Station

The location between Ujangsan Station and Balsan Station was convenient yet inconvenient at the same time. Since the area is a hub for private academies, I had to walk a block just to reach a convenience store. It was nice having a decent sushi place and the "Another Side" café nearby. For washing large items like duvets, I used a clean self-service laundromat toward Ujangsan, though the in-unit front-loading washer also had a drying function that came in handy. However, it was a shame that the system air conditioner wasn't very clean, and the lack of parking was a hassle. There were no public parking lots in the immediate vicinity; the Ujangsan public lot was reserved for residents, so I ended up getting a ticket after parking there without knowing. The bus stop is just a minute away, making it perfect if you plan to use public transportation. I was provided with a remote for the underground parking gate, which was useful when moving luggage or getting my child into the car, and the ability to dispose of recyclables at any time was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

First of all, it’s clean, and the location is convenient for accessing restaurants, supermarkets, and more. There’s CCTV covering the stairs and entrance, so safety isn't a concern, and you can park your car at the nearby church or in the alley. Our family of four stayed here, and we didn't experience any issues.

It was clean and in a great location. Being close to Mijo Port made it convenient for fishing, and the hot water supply and well-stocked kitchenware made the stay very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly cozy, too—I slept so soundly that I actually missed a few of my planned activities! Haha.

It’s easy to get around since it’s very close to the train station, though the area itself isn't the most attractive. It’s comfortable for sleeping, and all the listed amenities are in good order—you can even cook and do laundry!

Since the rent was a bit lower than the going rate in the area, I honestly didn't have high expectations; however, I was extremely satisfied because a dehumidifier was running constantly—even though it's a semi-basement unit—and the place was kept clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. The host was also quick to respond and very helpful with any requests. Best of all, the location was incredibly convenient—close to Konkuk University Station and right within a popular food street—so I could easily grab a delicious meal nearby without having to travel far on days when I was tired. 😊 Just a heads-up: the stairs are a bit steep, so you'll need to be careful when going up and down. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its great location and comfortable atmosphere!
