Yet, you're just one street away from all the hotspots! 😿 Please note that compensation fees will be charged for any damage or staining of property; the cost may be deducted from your security deposit. 😿 The bedding shown on the bed in the photos is not provided as a standard inclusion. (You will need to bring your own or have it delivered via Coupang. If that is difficult, we can arrange a basic setup through a partner service.)
An additional maintenance fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies for stays between December and February (due to high heating costs). For all other periods, all utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. I rented this place for a short term while working out of town; the location was excellent, allowing me to easily visit Sungsimdang whenever I wanted and enjoy many of the renowned local restaurants—my taste buds were truly spoiled. The interior was neatly set up, and they had thoughtfully stocked every necessary amenity, down to the smallest details. Thank you. I had a very comfortable stay without any issues.
