This is a two-room officetel. We do not charge a move-out cleaning fee, but you must dispose of all waste upon departure. (A cleaning fee will be charged if any waste is left behind.) Resident registration is not possible.

You are responsible for cleaning the unit upon move-in; if the gas valve is shut off, please turn it on before use. The door access code will be sent to you on the day of move-in. Please do not touch or handle any mail. Please strictly adhere to the check-in time (3:00 PM) and check-out time (11:00 AM). To receive your security deposit refund upon check-out, you must send a screenshot of the utility settlement details.
Pets are allowed. You must restore the property to its original condition if any damage occurs.
The basic maintenance fee covers expenses such as cleaning of common areas and shared electricity costs. Charges for items not included in the maintenance fee will be calculated and billed upon move-out.
The location between Ujangsan Station and Balsan Station was convenient yet inconvenient at the same time. Since the area is a hub for private academies, I had to walk a block just to reach a convenience store. It was nice having a decent sushi place and the "Another Side" café nearby. For washing large items like duvets, I used a clean self-service laundromat toward Ujangsan, though the in-unit front-loading washer also had a drying function that came in handy. However, it was a shame that the system air conditioner wasn't very clean, and the lack of parking was a hassle. There were no public parking lots in the immediate vicinity; the Ujangsan public lot was reserved for residents, so I ended up getting a ticket after parking there without knowing. The bus stop is just a minute away, making it perfect if you plan to use public transportation. I was provided with a remote for the underground parking gate, which was useful when moving luggage or getting my child into the car, and the ability to dispose of recyclables at any time was very convenient. I enjoyed my stay.
I had a comfortable three-week stay in a quiet, pleasant, and newly built officetel with excellent transport links. I highly recommend it! 👍
