The interior is clean and modern. This is an ocean-view restaurant where you can enjoy Songjeong Beach while lying in bed. It is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, a coffee pot, a hairdryer, cable TV, wireless internet, a bar table, and chairs, so you can just come with your body and have a healing time. Since this is not a lodging business, amenities are not provided. (Bedding is for display purposes only. Please inquire separately if needed.)
5 minutes from Songjeong Beach bus stop, 10 minutes from Donghae Line Songjeong Station. 1 minute walk from Haeundae Beach Train Songjeong Station.
Check-in (after 3 PM) and check-out (by 11 AM) are contactless. Small pets are allowed (additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW). Please be aware that you may be asked to leave if noise or complaints arise in the vicinity. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and cooking smelly foods (grilling meat or fish) is absolutely forbidden. (Violations will result in compensation.) Pets are allowed, but noise and defecation in the vicinity are prohibited, and any damage to facilities may result in compensation.

The location was excellent, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all; there was even urine on the toilet and hair scattered everywhere. The kitchen and refrigerator were not bad.

It truly lived up to the host's description as a place with a spectacular view. The location was convenient for transportation, and the interior was clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again if I return to Busan, and I would confidently recommend it to others. Thank you—I had a wonderful week and made great memories here.
