Check-in is contactless. 1. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a check-in guide via text message. 2. Contract Details This contract is a "Lease for Temporary Use" (short-term lease) and is not subject to the Housing Lease Protection Act. Any items left in the accommodation after the contract ends may be disposed of at will, and no civil or criminal liability can be held for this.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. TVING usage fee included. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity and gas.
