(Standard occupancy: 2 people; families—including couples—may accommodate up to 3 people.) 😀 Amenities for your convenience: direct-flow water purifier, air purifier, cordless vacuum, washer-dryer combo, and coffee machine. 😀 Each room is equipped with a desk and lamp, perfect for a "workation." 😀 Within a 5-minute walk of the main commercial district: A Twosome Place, Starbucks, McDonald's, Daiso, Homeplus, and numerous restaurants and shops. 😀 Within a 1-minute walk: CU convenience store, riverside walking path, Lotte Cinema, and Myeongju-dong cafes. 😀 Large free riverside parking lot just a 1-minute walk away. 😀 Please note that providing bedding, towels, or toiletries is prohibited under residential rental regulations.

- Check-in is contactless. (The contract holder must personally check in; if a third party checks in without the landlord's prior consent, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.) - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - Two-room unit for 2 people (accommodation for a family of 3 is negotiable). - Equipped with a double bed and a super single bed. - Providing bedding, towels, or toiletries is prohibited for this type of rental (confirmed with Gangneung City). - Smoking and pets are prohibited both inside and outside the building. - Guests must personally sort and dispose of trash and recyclables. - Costs will be charged for any soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or appliances. - Registration of residence (moving-in report) is not permitted under this short-term rental agreement.
- High-security CCTV coverage for the building exterior - Providing bedding, toilet paper, or toiletries is prohibited for residential rentals (verified with Gangneung City). (New, unopened bedding sets are available for purchase at 30,000 KRW if needed.) - Two desks and desk lamps provided for "workation" guests - Tenant changes are not permitted after the contract is signed; prior approval is required for any additional overnight guests. - Tenants are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or bringing pets will result in eviction and a special cleaning fee. - Cooking foods that produce strong odors or heavy smoke is not permitted. - Smart TV (supports OTT services like YouTube, Netflix, Coupang Play, etc.) - Amenities include a desk, kitchen, dining table, tea table, rice cooker, toaster, and laundry detergent. * Additional items provided : Diffuser, lamp, trolley, USB charging adapter, recycling bin, cleaning supplies, floor mat, laundry detergent, slippers - Tenants must dispose of trash, wash dishes, and tidy the floor before checking out.
Excessive consumption of utilities (water, electricity, and heating) included in the management fee may result in additional charges. (The use of uncertified electric heating appliances is prohibited due to fire hazards.)

The host is kind, the place is clean, and it is fully stocked with everything you need. The location is excellent, too—convenience stores are nearby, the central market is within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants. It’s a place with so many advantages.
