(Unauthorized check-in by a third party other than the contract holder will result in cancellation without a refund.) - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - Standard occupancy: 2 people (two-room unit); families of 3 may be accommodated upon consultation. - Equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. - Smoking and pets are prohibited both inside and outside the building. - Guests must personally sort and dispose of trash and recyclables. - Charges apply for soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or appliances. - Providing bedding, towels, or toiletries is prohibited for this type of rental (Gangneung City regulations). - Short-term rental contract only; address registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
- High-security CCTV coverage around the building exterior - Providing bedding, toilet paper, or toiletries is prohibited by law for residential rentals. (New, unopened bedding sets are available for purchase at 30,000 KRW if needed.) - Two desks and desk lamps provided for "workation" guests - If the contract holder and the actual resident differ, the resident must be an immediate family member. - Resident changes are not permitted after the contract is signed; overnight guests require prior approval. - Residents are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or bringing pets will result in eviction and a special cleaning fee. - Cooking foods that produce strong odors or heavy smoke is not permitted. - Smart TV (supports OTT services like YouTube, Netflix, Coupang Play, etc.) - Desk, kitchen, dining table, tea table, rice cooker, toaster, and laundry detergent are provided in the room. * Additional items provided : Diffuser, lamp, trolley, USB charging adapter, recycling bin, cleaning tools, floor mat, laundry detergent, slippers - Before checkout, you must dispose of trash, wash the dishes, and tidy up the floor.
