A super-single bed (fitted with a mattress pad) is provided. Providing bedding, towels, or toiletries is prohibited by law for residential rentals. (Brand-new, unopened bedding sets are available for purchase if needed.) - If the contract holder and the resident differ, they must be immediate family members. We do not enter into rental contracts with foreign nationals. - Resident changes are not permitted after the contract is signed, and any overnight guests must be notified in advance. Guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or bringing pets will result in a special cleaning fee and immediate eviction. The following items are provided to ensure a comfortable "workation" experience: Workation Pack: Projector, desk, chair, bookshelf, diffuser, dehumidifier, coffee machine, rug, lamp, trolley, USB adapter, Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi router, cordless vacuum cleaner. Other amenities include laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, recycling bins, and various floor mats. Guests are required to dispose of trash, wash dishes, and tidy the floors before checking out.

The room is clean, and there's a dryer and washing machine. The surrounding area is not bad either. I used it as a substitute for a season room during the ski season, and it was convenient because it was close to the road to Daegwallyeong. I had a good stay in the room.
