A super-single bed (fitted with a mattress pad) is provided. Providing bedding, towels, or toiletries is prohibited by law for residential rentals. (Brand-new, unopened bedding sets are available for purchase if needed.) - Rental contracts with foreign nationals are not accepted. - Tenant changes are not permitted after the contract is signed, and any overnight guests must be reported in advance. Tenants are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or unauthorized pets will result in a special cleaning fee and immediate eviction. The room is clean, and there's a dryer and washing machine. The surrounding area is not bad either. I used it as a substitute for a season room during the ski season, and it was convenient because it was close to the road to Daegwallyeong. I had a good stay in the room.
