- It takes a total of 16 minutes from Gangneung Station by bus (No. 223 or 300) and on foot. - It takes around 6 minutes by taxi from Gangneung Station. - It takes around 8 minutes by car from Gangneung IC. - It takes 5 minutes by taxi or about 20 minutes on foot from Gangneung Express Bus Terminal.
- Check-in is contactless. (Unauthorized check-in by a third party other than the contract holder will result in cancellation without a refund.) - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM - High-security CCTV monitoring outside the building - Private studio unit (standard occupancy: 1 person) - Cooking facilities are located in a separate communal kitchen on the 1st floor (however, a microwave is provided inside the unit) - Providing bedding, towels, toiletries, or toilet paper is prohibited for this type of rental (per Gangneung City regulations) - No smoking inside or outside the building / No pets allowed - Projector (for YouTube) and capsule coffee machine provided - Charges will apply for any soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or equipment - The contract holder must be the one staying in the unit - Registration of residence (moving-in report) is not permitted as this is a short-term rental contract
- A super-single bed (with a mattress pad) is provided. (If you need bedding, a brand-new, unopened set is available for purchase for 30,000 KRW.) - Rental contracts with foreign nationals are not accepted. - The tenant cannot be changed after the contract is signed, and any overnight guests must be notified in advance. - Tenants are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or the presence of unauthorized pets will result in a special cleaning fee and eviction. - There is a separate shower room, distinct from the toilet. - The following items are provided for a comfortable "workation" experience: ♡ Workation Pack: Projector, desk, chair, bookshelf, diffuser, electric kettle, coffee machine, rug, lamp, trolley, USB adapter, Chromecast, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi router, cordless vacuum cleaner. - Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, recycling bins, and various floor mats are also provided. - You are required to dispose of trash, wash the dishes, and tidy up the floor before checking out.
Excessive use of electricity or water may result in additional charges. (The use of electric heating appliances other than certified electric mats is prohibited due to fire risk.)
