- It takes a total of 16 minutes from Gangneung Station by bus (No. 223 or 300) and on foot. - It takes around 6 minutes by taxi from Gangneung Station. - It takes around 8 minutes by car from Gangneung IC. - It takes 5 minutes by taxi or about 20 minutes on foot from Gangneung Express Bus Terminal.

A super single-size bed (equipped with a mattress pad) is provided. (If you need bedding, you can purchase a brand-new, unopened set for 30,000 KRW.) The tenant cannot be changed after the contract is signed, and any overnight guests must be reported in advance. If the contract holder and the actual resident are different, the resident must be an immediate family member. The unit features a private entrance and independent living space, similar to an officetel. Tenants are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or bringing pets will result in eviction and a special cleaning fee. The following amenities are provided for a comfortable "workation" experience: *Workation Pack: Desk, chair, bookshelf, capsule coffee machine, rug, lamp, trolley, USB adapter, Bluetooth speaker, cordless vacuum, Wi-Fi router, shared washer/dryer Other items: Laundry detergent, recycling bins, various floor mats, etc. You are required to wash the dishes, dispose of trash, and tidy up the floor before checking out.
