- It takes a total of 16 minutes from Gangneung Station by bus (No. 223 or 300) and on foot. - It takes around 6 minutes by taxi from Gangneung Station. - It takes around 8 minutes by car from Gangneung IC. - It takes 5 minutes by taxi or about 20 minutes on foot from Gangneung Express Bus Terminal.
- Check-in is contactless. (Cancellation without refund applies if a third party other than the contract holder moves in without prior consent.) - Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: Before 11:00 AM - High-security CCTV surveillance outside the building - Standard single-occupancy studio (prior consultation required for two occupants) - No smoking inside or outside the building / No pets allowed - Charges apply for soiling, staining, malfunction, damage, or loss of rental facilities or appliances. - Providing bedding, towels, toilet paper, or toiletries is illegal for this type of rental (per Gangneung City regulations). - The contract holder must be the one staying in the unit. - Short-term rental contract only; resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
- A super-single bed (with mattress pad) and a wall-mounted TV are provided. (Brand-new, unopened bedding is available for purchase at 30,000 KRW if needed.) - If the contract holder and the resident are different, the resident must be an immediate family member. We do not enter into rental contracts with foreign nationals. - The resident cannot be changed after the contract is signed, and prior notice is required for any overnight guests. - The unit features a private entrance and independent living space, similar to an officetel. - Residents are responsible for disposing of their own trash; indoor smoking or the presence of pets will result in a special cleaning fee and eviction. - South-facing, unobstructed windows ensure plenty of natural sunlight. - Amenities include a dining table with two chairs, a sofa, a tea table, a direct-flow water purifier, a capsule coffee machine, an air purifier, a cordless vacuum cleaner, and an electric kettle. ♡ Additional Furnishings : Rug, diffuser, floor lamp, trolley, USB adapter, Bluetooth speaker, Chromecast, recycling bin, cleaning supplies, floor mat, laundry detergent, etc. - You are required to dispose of trash, wash the dishes, and tidy up the floor before checking out.
Excessive use of electricity or water may result in additional charges. (The use of electric heating appliances other than certified electric mats is prohibited due to fire risk.)
