This is a newly built officetel (dormitory) in 2023. It is located between Gasan Digital Complex Station and Doksan Station. It is on the 17th floor with a view of Anyangcheon Stream. Since I run a business nearby, please let me know if you need anything. Move-in registration is not possible. It is a duplex officetel, so it can accommodate a total of 4 people (2 on the upper floor, 2 on the lower floor). However, if there are more than 2 people, an additional management fee of 20,000 won per person per week will be charged.

- It is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Doksan Station on Line 1. - It is a 14-minute walk from Exit 7 of Gasan Digital Complex Station. - Parking is 100,000 won per month. (For more information, please inquire.) - It is located in a position where you can directly use the Seobu Arterial Road. - If you use the Gangnam Circular Expressway, you can travel to Gangnam within 30 minutes.
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. (If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW may be charged as all furnishings will need to be cleaned.) - Only one pet is allowed. (Additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week) - The loft area is rented with a mattress and basic bedding. - A sofa bed is provided in the single-story area, so please bring your own extra bedding.
- There are many knowledge industry centers nearby, so most major amenities are available. - There is a CU convenience store on the first floor of the building, and restaurants and other amenities in nearby buildings. - Famous discount outlets such as Mario Outlet are nearby. - It is in the perfect location for walking or exercising along the Anyangcheon Stream. - You may be liable for damages if you damage the furniture or fixtures. - The move-in cleaning has been done thoroughly, so you can move in immediately. - There is a shared outdoor lounge on the 16th floor where you can have a cup of tea with guests. - The terrace has electric blinds, which is very convenient. - Basic necessities are provided. (Please understand if anything is missing) - If you need any other items, please let us know via chat before moving in. - We recommend bringing your own personal hygiene items, toiletries, and towels. - You can purchase personal items cheaply at the large Daiso located in Mario Outlet in Gasan-dong.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity and water. - Having more than one small pet (under 5kg) may be grounds for eviction. - Paid parking is available. Monthly parking is 100,000 won. - Hourly paid parking is also available.
