It is located in a double station area of Subway Line 1 and Line 7, a 4-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. It takes 35 minutes to get to Gangnam Nonhyeon Station by taking Line 7. You can quickly access Yongsan or Seoul Station by taking Line 1. It is highly recommended because it is a double station area and there are many amenities nearby.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the terrace. If you smoke in the room, you may be charged a 300,000 KRW cleaning fee, so please be sure to refrain from smoking. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. You can use the space comfortably during your short-term rental, and all management fees are included. There is a spacious queen bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate one more person. The standard occupancy is 2 people, and a total of 4 people can stay. If 4 people stay, we can provide an additional folding mattress. The price is based on 2 people, and an additional 20,000 KRW per week will be charged for each additional person. Only one neutered pet (dog or cat) under 5kg is allowed. The additional weekly pet fee is 30,000 KRW. Since short-term rentals are not considered accommodation businesses, we recommend that you bring your own personal hygiene items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. You don't need to bring anything, as there is a very large Daiso in the building right in front, so you can buy most things immediately. Regular cable TV is available, and Wi-Fi is free. Shopping towns such as Mario Outlet and Hyundai Outlet are just a 2-minute walk from this accommodation. The Gasan Public building, a recently built, super-large landmark complex, is right in front. This building houses many franchises, including a super-large Daiso and Ashley, and since it's the building right in front, you can use them anytime. Nevertheless, the building is very quiet and pleasant. In particular, the large terrace gives you a greater sense of freedom. Large shopping facilities, hospitals, restaurants, and cafes are all gathered nearby, and there are many restaurants in front of Gasan Digital Complex Station.
