- There are many large apartment complexes, so there are good amenities. - Haaan-dong is a safe neighborhood for children as there are no harmful facilities. - It is listed as having 2 rooms, but there is a small room with a queen bed near the entrance, and a living room that also serves as a room. In the living room/room, there is a single bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people. - The TV only shows Netflix and YouTube, and does not have regular cable TV. If you need it, we can install it for the short-term rental period, but there may be an additional cost. - There is a nearby sports center and hiking trail, so it is good for exercising while staying. - We recommend using it for business trips, leisure, outpatient treatment, moving, interior design, etc. - As it is a multi-family housing, please be careful not to smoke or make excessive noise.
All management fees are included. If the management fee exceeds the designated amount, you may be charged an additional fee, so please use it sparingly.
