- I am a highly-rated host! The unit has recently undergone a complete renovation. - Although located on the ground floor, the unit is bright and offers good privacy. - It features a stylish white-toned interior; the base rate is for 2 guests, but it can accommodate up to 5 people (additional fees apply for extra guests). - Free parking is available; however, as this is an older complex, parking can be difficult to find at night. - To ensure a pest-free environment, I am a member of CESCO and arrange for regular professional pest control services. - Due to the nature of the complex's central heating system, hot water is unavailable for about a week during the last week of July. Please contact me if you plan to book during this period.
- It is a 10-minute bus ride to Doksan Station and Cheolsan Station; a bus stop is located right in front, and airport buses also stop there. - There are various bus routes available, and the location is close to Gasan Digital Complex and Guro Digital Complex. - Nearby medical facilities include Gwangmyeong Sungae Hospital, Gwangmyeong Chung-Ang University Hospital, and Korea University Guro Hospital. - Free parking is available, making it convenient for those with vehicles. - By car, it takes 20 minutes to reach Sadang and 30 minutes to get to Gangnam from Cheolsan Station.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in instructions will be sent upon booking. - Neutered dogs are allowed (additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week). - The rate is based on 2 guests; an additional 20,000 KRW per week applies for each extra guest. - Accommodates up to 5 guests with one queen bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed (double size). - Smoking is strictly prohibited; a cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs.
- The area features large apartment complexes, offering excellent convenience and amenities. - Haan-dong is a safe neighborhood for families with children, as there are no harmful facilities nearby. - Although listed as having two rooms, the layout consists of a small room with a queen-sized bed near the entrance and a combined living room/bedroom area. The combined living room/bedroom features a single bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. - The TV supports streaming services like Netflix and YouTube but does not provide standard cable TV channels. Installation of cable TV can be arranged for the duration of your short-term stay if needed, though additional costs may apply. - Nearby sports centers and hiking trails make it a great location for staying active during your visit. - Please note that the complex undergoes a central heating system inspection for about ten days around late July; hot water will not be available during this period. - We recommend this space for various purposes, such as business trips, leisure, outpatient medical treatment, moving transitions, or home renovation stays. - As this is a shared residential complex, please be mindful to avoid smoking or creating excessive noise.
All maintenance fees are included. However, please use utilities and facilities sparingly, as additional charges may apply if usage significantly exceeds the standard allowance.
