It is located 1 minute from Doksan Station and in the Gasan Digital Complex. The Gangnam Circular Road is adjacent, so it takes 30 minutes to enter Gangnam by car. Korea University Guro Hospital and Gwangmyeong Chung-Ang University Hospital are nearby. Samsung Medical Center is also a 30-minute drive away. You can directly access the Seobu Arterial Road. Parking is paid, but we will guide you to use it as cheaply as possible. The public street parking lot in front of the building is free at night and on weekends.
Check-in is contactless. If you have pets, you must discuss additional costs. As this is a multi-unit dwelling, please refrain from making noise, such as parties. Recycling is available on the 1st floor and is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You may be charged for any damage to fixtures. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor and many restaurants nearby. We welcome guests using the property for various reasons such as moving, interior design, business trips, overseas residents, employment, etc.

We have prepared everything you need, but since short-term rentals are not considered accommodation services, you must bring your own personal hygiene items such as towels and toothbrushes. A queen mattress is available in the loft area. You can bring your own extra bedding. Necessary items can be purchased at nearby Daiso stores. The place has been cleaned, so you can move in immediately. The common entrance password and door password will be provided on the day of move-in. All management fees are included. Parking fees are separate. If the management fee is excessively higher than the average, you may have to pay the additional cost.
