- It is a 7-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station, which is served by both Subway Lines 1 and 7. - A bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. - Please inquire in advance if you require parking; the fee is 100,000 KRW per month. - It is an excellent choice for long-term business trips, arrivals from overseas, or stays during home renovation periods.
- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW may be charged if smoking occurs. - Neutered dogs weighing 5kg or less are allowed. There is an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week. - The rate is based on two guests; an extra mattress is available for an additional guest. All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, if there is excessive usage of these utilities, an additional management fee may be charged. Gas costs can be particularly high with excessive heating during the winter, so we would appreciate it if you could use it sparingly.
