It is located an 8-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station. The Gangnam Circular Road is nearby, so it takes 30 minutes to enter Gangnam by car. Korea University Guro Hospital and Gwangmyeong Chung-Ang University Hospital are close. Samsung Medical Center is also a 30-40 minute drive away. You can directly access the Seobu Arterial Road. Parking is paid. We will register your car if you sign a contract for 4 weeks or more.
Check-in is contactless. If you have a pet, you must negotiate an additional fee (30,000 won per week). As this is a multi-unit dwelling, please refrain from making noise such as parties. Recycling is located on the B2 floor. You may be charged for any damage to fixtures. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor and many restaurants nearby. We welcome guests using our accommodation for various reasons such as moving, interior design, business trips, overseas residents, and employment.

(Please inquire via chat) We have provided everything you need, but since short-term rentals are not considered accommodation services, you will need to bring your own personal hygiene items such as towels and toothbrushes. A queen mattress and bedding are provided in the loft area. You can bring additional bedding if needed. Necessary items can be purchased at nearby stores like Daiso. This is a free rental under the condition of the current facility's state. Access to the common entrance requires a dedicated access card. We will provide the card on your move-in day. The door password will also be provided on the move-in day. The standard occupancy is for 2 people. For stays of 18 months or more, an additional 20,000 KRW per week will be charged for each additional person.
