The environment is very quiet and offers excellent security. ๐ Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and cooking strong-smelling foods are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. (Violation incurs a special cleaning fee.) 3. Please refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or lead to complaints. 4. Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.

The condition of the house and the location were great! The host was kind, and inquiries were answered right away. I had a good short stay with all the amenities. ๐โบ๏ธ
I used it for a month because I had to commute to Gangnam. It was so convenient that it took less than 20 minutes to walk from the accommodation to Gangnam Station. It was a cozy size for one person. I stayed comfortably because it was quiet, perhaps because the people staying in the building were well-mannered. The host takes good care of you when you check in.
