It is very quiet, and safety is its greatest advantage. ๐ Food waste, general waste, and recycling are mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and toiletries. 1. The occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. Visitors, children, and babies are not allowed. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and smelly food are prohibited throughout the entire building, including the rooftop. (Additional Special Cleaning Fee) 3. Ensure that no complaints arise due to loud singing or noise between floors. 4. Agree not to register a change of address on the resident registration system using the business address. Violation of the above special clauses may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund, and the security deposit cannot be returned. If damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant.
