The environment is very quiet and offers excellent security. 👉 Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. 👉 Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and cooking strong-smelling foods are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. (Violation incurs a special cleaning fee.) 3. Please refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or lead to complaints. 4. Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned.
