Come heal from your exhausting day in this cozy resting space. :) Our guests are primarily working professionals who commute to areas such as Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, and Seoul Station. The property is very quiet, and its safety is its greatest advantage. 👉 Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. 👉 Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the entire building, including the rooftop. Cooking foods with strong odors is also prohibited. (Additional fees for special cleaning will apply.) 3. Guests must ensure that no complaints arise regarding loud noise or noise disturbances to neighbors. 4. Guests may not register the property as a business address or register their resident address (move-in report) here. Violation of the special terms above may result in immediate termination of the contract without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. If any damages occur as a result of such violations, the tenant will be held liable for compensation.

It was a shame that the sink was clogged! Please check it! Everything else was good. The water came out well, it was clean, and it was nice to have everything I needed, such as a microwave, washing machine, drying rack, and hangers. It was a bit boring because there was no TV, though!
