To ensure a comfortable long-term stay, we have provided amenities such as a rooftop terrace, a clothes dryer, and an ice-dispensing water purifier. Unwind and recharge after a long day in this cozy space. :) Other guests are professionals commuting to areas like Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, and Seoul Station. The environment is very quiet and offers excellent security. ๐ Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. ๐ Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and cooking strong-smelling foods are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. (Violation incurs a special cleaning fee.) 3. Please refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or lead to complaints. 4. Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.

It was clean and everything was great. However, please note that you need to bring your own bedding.
I was worried because it was my first time staying in a semi-basement, but it was very well-equipped, and I had a good stay thanks to the kind and quick responses. :)
