It’s been really hot lately, hasn't it? To welcome the summer, I’ve installed a high-end ceiling fan in the living room. I hope you enjoy a cool, comfortable summer here. The home is fully equipped with premium amenities, including a top-quality latex bed, a 55-inch Samsung TV in the living room, a 32-inch LG TV in the bedroom, Google Chromecast, Xiaomi TV Stick, Wi-Fi, an LG water purifier, a couch, a refrigerator, a dryer, a washing machine, air conditioning, an inner vestibule door, built-in closets, a desk, a microwave, a rice cooker, and internet service. It faces due south and overlooks a park, ensuring plenty of sunlight—a truly warm and wonderful place to live.
It is a 5-minute walk to Galleria. The KT Human Resources Development Center is also nearby. Parking in the building is first-come, first-served, but there are plenty of parking spots around the park. Parking is available in front of the building's main entrance. If you have any other questions about parking, please contact the host.
All bedding and towels are freshly laundered for each new guest. We will proceed with the contract signing immediately after your contactless check-in. You must agree to the personal information consent form required for the contract; unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the contract or check-in if you do not agree. Please keep this in mind. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, but we will do our best to prepare the room so you can check in as early as possible.
We always treat our guests with a friendly, hands-off approach. You can enjoy free access to Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, and Coupang Play. They are already logged in. However, Netflix sometimes logs out automatically; if that happens, just give us a call and we’ll log you back in. Feel free to contact us anytime. Please dispose of your trash at the collection point located in front of the park. We provide the following essentials: 1 pack of wet wipes, 5 towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and basic cooking utensils. Please check the provided items first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso. There is a Daiso close by.
There is no separate charge for management fees. However, additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included items.
