This is the first time anyone has lived here since it was built. The living room has a 50-inch TV and Google Chromecast. Wi-Fi is available in the living room and small room. It has a couch sofa, a side-by-side refrigerator, a washer and dryer (WashTower), an LG hot/cold water purifier, and a dishwasher. It also has air conditioning, a middle door, a built-in closet, a queen-size bed, a separate desk, a microwave, and a vanity. It's fully furnished. It faces due south and gets plenty of sunlight, making it a warm and nice home.
It is right in front of Eoneosongcho Elementary School. There is a bus that goes directly to Sinheung Station. It is a 10-minute drive from Panam IC. Daejeon Dong-gu Office, Gao New Town CGV, Homeplus, Fashion Outlet are all within a 10-minute walk. Gao New Town's food alley and commercial district, and the Daejeoncheon Stream for morning exercise are all within a 10-minute walk. There is ample parking in the building's parking lot. You can also park comfortably in the surrounding area.
All bedding and towels are freshly laundered and provided immediately after the guest checks out. A contract will be completed immediately upon check-in without direct contact. You must agree to the personal information provision consent form to complete the contract. If you refuse, it will be difficult to proceed with the contract and check-in. ㅜㅜ Please keep this in mind. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but we will prepare to allow you to check in as early as possible.
We always treat our guests with friendly indifference. ㅎㅎ Netflix, Disney Plus, Wavve, and Coupang Play are available for free. You are already logged in. Netflix keeps kicking me out, so if you need to log in again, please call me. Please feel free to contact me. Please throw your trash in the trash collection area, which is a short walk across the main road. One pack of basic wet wipes, 5 towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and basic cooking utensils are provided. Please check the basic items provided first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso. Daiso is close by.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
