To welcome winter, we have installed a hot water mat on the master bedroom bed and a heater in the bathroom. We hope you have a warm winter in our home. The living room has a 50-inch TV, Google Chromecast, and Wi-Fi is available in the living room and small room. We have a couch sofa, a side-by-side refrigerator, a washer and dryer (WashTower), an LG hot and cold water purifier, a vanity, air conditioning, a middle door, a built-in closet, a queen-size bed, a desk, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It's fully furnished. It's south-facing, gets plenty of sunlight, and is a warm and nice home.
It is right in front of Eoneosongcho Elementary School. There is a bus that goes directly to Sinheung Station. It is a 10-minute drive from Panam IC. Gao New Town CGV, Homeplus, Fashion Outlet It is a 10-minute walk away. Gao New Town Food Alley and Commercial District All morning exercise at Daejeoncheon Stream is possible within a 10-minute walk. There is ample parking in the building's parking lot. You can also park comfortably in the surrounding area.
All bedding and towels are freshly laundered and provided as soon as the guest checks out. A contract will be signed immediately after check-in. You must agree to the consent form for providing personal information to complete the contract. If you refuse, it will be difficult to proceed with the contract and check-in. Please keep this in mind. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but we will prepare to allow you to check in as early as possible.
We always treat our guests with friendly indifference. ㅎㅎ Netflix, Disney Plus, Wavve, and Coupang Play are available for free. You are already logged in. Netflix keeps kicking me out of my account, so if you need it, please call me and I will log you in again. Please feel free to contact me. Please throw the trash in the trash collection area a little further down the road on the opposite side of the main road. One pack of basic wet wipes, 5 towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, and basic cooking utensils are provided. Please check the basic items provided first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso. Daiso is also close by.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.
