It’s been quite hot lately, hasn't it? To prepare for the summer, I’ve installed a high-end ceiling fan in the living room. I hope you enjoy a cool, refreshing summer at my place. It has been newly renovated, so it is spotless. Fully equipped with a 55-inch living room TV, 32-inch bedroom TV, Google Chromecast, Xiaomi Box, Wi-Fi, LG water purifier, crocodile-pattern leather sofa, refrigerator, dryer, washing machine, air conditioner, inner vestibule door, built-in closets, bed, desk, microwave, rice cooker, red clay electric mat, bathroom heater, and internet. It is a south-facing home with a park to the south, ensuring plenty of sunlight without obstruction—a truly warm and wonderful place to live.
It is a 5-minute walk to Galleria. The KT Human Resources Development Center is also nearby. Parking in the building is first-come, first-served, but there are plenty of parking spots around the park. Parking is available in front of the building's main entrance. If you have any other questions about parking, please contact the host.
All bedding and towels are freshly laundered after each guest checks out. We proceed with the contract signing immediately after a contactless check-in. You must agree to the personal information consent form required for the contract; unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the contract or check-in if you do not agree. Please keep this in mind. While standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, we will do our best to prepare the room so you can check in as early as possible.
We always treat our guests with a friendly, hands-off approach. You can enjoy free access to Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, and Coupang Play. They are already logged in. However, the Netflix account sometimes logs out on its own; if you need help, just give us a call and we’ll log you back in. Feel free to contact us anytime. Please dispose of your trash at the collection point located in front of the park. We provide basic amenities such as a pack of wet wipes, 5 towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and basic cooking utensils. Please check the provided items first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso. There is a Daiso close by.
No separate management fee is charged. Additional fees may be requested in the event of excessive use of included items.
I had a very comfortable stay. I was thoroughly satisfied—the amenities provided were absolutely perfect. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Daejeon.
