In preparation for winter, the bed is equipped with a red clay electric mat, and a Ttasumi heater has been additionally installed in the bathroom. We hope you have a warm winter in our home. It's newly remodeled and clean. 55-inch TV in the living room, 32-inch TV in the bedroom, Google Chromecast, Xiaomi Box, Wi-Fi, LG water purifier, crocodile leather sofa, refrigerator, dryer, washing machine, air conditioner, middle door, built-in closet, bed, desk, microwave, electric rice cooker, red clay electric mat, bathroom heater, Ttasumi heater, and internet are all fully equipped. It faces south and has a park to the south, so it's a really warm and nice house with no obstructions to the sunlight.
It is 5 minutes away from Galleria. KT Human Resources Development Center is also close. The building's parking lot is first-come, first-served, but there are many parking spaces around the park. Parking is available in front of the building's main entrance. If you have any other questions about parking, please contact the host.
All bedding and towels are freshly laundered and provided upon guest check-out. A contract will be completed immediately upon check-in. You must agree to the personal information consent form to complete the contract. If you refuse, it will be difficult to proceed with the contract and check-in. ㅜㅜ Please keep this in mind. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, but we will prepare for you to check in as early as possible.
We always treat guests with friendly indifference. Netflix, Disney Plus, Wavve, and Coupang Play are available for free. You are already logged in. Netflix keeps kicking me out, so if you need it, please call me and I will log you in again. Please feel free to contact me. Please throw your trash in the trash collection area in front of the park. One pack of wet wipes, 5 towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and basic cooking utensils are provided. Please check the basic items first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso. Daiso is also close by.
Management fees are not charged separately. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
