It faces due south and gets plenty of sunlight, making it a warm and wonderful home.

All bedding and towels are freshly laundered after each guest checks out. The rental agreement is processed immediately after a contactless check-in. You must consent to the agreement on the provision of personal information required to draft the contract; without this consent, we cannot proceed with the rental or check-in. Please take note of this requirement. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, but we will make every effort to allow for an earlier check-in.
We always treat our guests with a friendly, hands-off approach. You can enjoy free access to Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, and Coupang Play; they are already logged in. However, Netflix sometimes logs out automatically, so if you need help, just give us a call and we’ll log you back in—feel free to reach out anytime. Please dispose of your trash at the collection point located just a short walk away on the street opposite the main road. We provide the following essentials: a pack of wet wipes, five towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, four rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, and basic cooking utensils. Please check the provided items first, and if you need anything else, you can visit the nearby Daiso—it’s not far away.

The landlord was kind, but I am giving a rating of 4 because there were shortcomings in cleanliness—such as food left in the refrigerator by the previous tenant.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was convenient to have Daiso, a food ingredient mart, and No Brand nearby, and it was nice to have the Gaodong central shopping area close by. I also enjoyed walking along the Daejeoncheon Stream right next door. I was grateful for the kind host as well. ~^^
It was so, so good. It was clean and soundproofed well.
