All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *This is not a lodging establishment but a short-term rental home with a low deposit, similar to a monthly/yearly rental concept. It is rented with the existing appliances and furniture in their current condition. We ask for simple restoration to the original state upon departure. The departure cleaning fee included upon move-in is based on a standard level of tidiness. Additional cleaning fees may apply in cases of significant contamination or insufficient tidiness. *If pets are brought along, a one-time deep cleaning fee of 350,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the duration of stay.
