All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage. *This is a short-term rental property—not a commercial lodging facility—offered with a low security deposit. It is rented out with the existing furniture and appliances included. We ask that you return the unit to its original condition upon moving out. The move-out cleaning fee included in the initial cost covers standard cleaning; additional charges may apply if there is significant soiling or a lack of basic tidiness. *If a pet accompanies you, a one-time deep cleaning fee of 350,000 KRW applies, regardless of the length of stay.
