It is rented with the existing appliances and furniture in their current condition. We ask for simple restoration to the original state upon departure. The departure cleaning fee included upon move-in is based on a standard level of tidiness. Additional cleaning fees may apply in cases of significant contamination or insufficient tidiness. *If pets are brought along, a one-time deep cleaning fee of 350,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the duration of stay.
