All utility costs are included in the management fee. Please note that additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of included utilities. *This property is not a hotel or lodging facility, but a short-term rental home operating on a lease basis with a low security deposit. The unit is rented out with all existing furniture and appliances included in their current condition. We kindly ask that you restore the unit to its original condition upon move-out. The move-out cleaning fee included at the start of your lease covers standard cleaning; however, additional cleaning fees may be incurred in cases of severe soiling or a lack of basic tidiness. *If you are accompanied by a pet, a one-time deep cleaning fee of 350,000 KRW will be charged, regardless of the length of your stay.
