[User Guide] 🔇 Quiet residential area When moving, please use the daytime hours as much as possible and be mindful of noise complaints from neighbors due to moving items when moving at night. Also, please be mindful of complaints regarding loud noises and inter-floor noise. ⚠️ Due to the nature of short-term rentals Personal bedding and disposable items are not provided. (This is a monthly/yearly rental concept with a small deposit, not a lodging business.) 📦 Other necessary items not included in the fully furnished furniture and appliances can be purchased directly from Coupang or Daiso. Upon contract, we will separately send you information on nearby transportation and amenities.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *This is not a lodging establishment but a short-term rental home with a low deposit, similar to a monthly/yearly rental concept. It is rented with the existing appliances and furniture in their current condition. We ask for simple restoration to the original state upon departure. The departure cleaning fee included upon move-in is based on a standard level of tidiness. Additional cleaning fees may apply in cases of significant contamination or insufficient tidiness. *If pets are brought along, a one-time deep cleaning fee of 350,000 KRW will be charged regardless of the duration of stay.
