We are located just a 3-minute walk from the Chuncheon Myeong-dong Dakgalbi (Spicy Stir-fried Chicken) Alley, with the provincial office, city hall, and financial district nearby. Situated in the heart of Chuncheon, both the downtown area and major tourist attractions are within a 15-minute drive. The interior has been remodeled with a modern, white-toned design. We promptly address any issues to ensure a comfortable stay.^^ There is a convenience store right in front of the building that stays open until midnight.^^ Please note that the building's exterior and parking area are older; if you are looking for a brand-new building, this may not be the right choice for you. The interior looks exactly like the photos.^^
There is a bus stop just a 20-second walk from the house. Street parking is available.
Check-in is contactless; once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with guidelines and usage details. **Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that a cleaning fee may be charged if the unit is left in an excessively messy condition upon check-out.

All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage. An additional cleaning fee (150,000–330,000 KRW) will be charged if indoor smoking or the presence of pets is detected.
