We are located just a 3-minute walk from the Chuncheon Myeong-dong Dakgalbi (Spicy Stir-fried Chicken) Alley, with the provincial office, city hall, and financial district nearby. Situated in the heart of Chuncheon, both the downtown area and major tourist attractions are within a 15-minute drive. The interior has been remodeled with a modern, white-toned design. We promptly address any requests or issues to ensure a comfortable stay.^^ There is a convenience store right in front of the building that stays open until midnight.^^ Please note that the building's exterior and parking area are older; if you are looking for a newly built facility, we recommend choosing another option.
There is a bus stop just a 20-second walk from the house. Designated parking is available.
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM The check-in process is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and the access code via the SamsamM2 chat service. **Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking indoors or in the bathroom is prohibited (ventilation ducts are connected to neighboring units, leading to complaints). An additional cleaning fee will be charged! **Upon check-out, please wash the dishes and dispose of your trash (please take it out the day before).** (If this is difficult for you, please refrain from booking.)
*The listed rate is based on two guests. The maximum capacity is three people; an additional fee applies for the third guest. All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. An additional cleaning fee (150,000–330,000 KRW) will be charged if indoor smoking or the presence of pets is detected.
