It is a 3-minute walk from Chuncheon Myeongdong Dakgalbi Alley. The provincial office, city hall, and financial district are located nearby. As it is in the center of Chuncheon, downtown and tourist attractions are within a 15-minute drive. It has been remodeled with a modern interior in white tones. We will promptly resolve any issues to ensure your comfortable stay.^^ The supermarket in front of the building is open until 12 AM, which is convenient.^^ If you prefer a new building and are concerned about the aging exterior and parking lot, please avoid booking.ㅜㅜ I have carefully decorated each item as if I were staying in the room myself. I also prioritize cleanliness. Only the exterior of the building is like that; the interior is as shown in the photos, so you will be satisfied.^^
There is a bus stop 20 seconds away from the house. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions regarding precautions and usage details via SamSamM2 Talk. **Moving-in registration is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Please understand that charges may apply if the room is not cleaned sufficiently upon check-out.
** A drum washing machine is available. I personally chose and decorated the room, and carefully placed each item, imagining myself staying there alone on a business trip or with a loved one.^^ I hope you feel comfortable during your stay in our space.^^ The building is visible from the main road, and the supermarket owner keeps the alley lit until midnight, so even women can stay without feeling scared.^^♡ We will quickly communicate and resolve all your requests.^^ Wishing you all happiness.^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If indoor smoking or pets are detected, a cleaning service fee (150,000-330,000 KRW) will be additionally charged.
