We are located just a 3-minute walk from the Chuncheon Myeong-dong Dakgalbi (Spicy Stir-fried Chicken) Alley. Government offices (Provincial and City Hall) and financial institutions are nearby. Situated in the heart of Chuncheon, the city center and major tourist attractions are within a 15-minute drive. The space has been remodeled with a modern, white-toned interior. We promptly address any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. There is a convenience store right in front of the building that stays open until midnight. Please note that the building exterior and parking area are older; if you are looking for a brand-new building, this may not be the right choice for you. I decorated the space with care, selecting every item as if I were staying here myself, and cleanliness is my top priority. While the exterior shows its age, the interior looks exactly like the photos, so I am confident you will be satisfied.
There is a bus stop just a 20-second walk from the house. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM The check-in process is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and the access code via the SamsamM2 chat service. **Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking indoors or in the bathroom is prohibited (ventilation ducts are connected to neighboring units, leading to complaints). An additional cleaning fee will be charged! **Upon check-out, please wash the dishes and dispose of your trash (please take it out the day before).** (If this is difficult for you, please refrain from booking.)
** A front-loading washing machine is provided. I personally designed and decorated the room, carefully selecting every single item as if I were staying here myself—whether on a solo business trip or with a significant other.^^ I hope you feel completely at ease during your stay.^^ The building is visible from the main road, and the lady who runs the local shop keeps the alley well-lit until midnight, so even solo female travelers can stay here without feeling unsafe.^^♡ I communicate quickly to handle any requests or issues and resolve them promptly.^^ Wishing everyone happiness!^^
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee. An additional cleaning fee (150,000–330,000 KRW) will be charged if indoor smoking or the presence of pets is detected.
The interior was cozy, and it was great not having any inconveniences while staying there for a month.
