We will promptly resolve any issues you may have to ensure a comfortable stay.^^ The supermarket in front of the building is open until 12 AM, which is convenient.^^ If you prefer a new building, please avoid booking as the exterior and hallways of this building are old.ㅜㅜ
There is a bus stop 20 seconds away from the house. Parking is currently full and unavailable. Only street parking is available.
Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive important information and the password via SamSamM2 Talk. **Moving-in registration is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that you may be charged if the room is not cleaned sufficiently upon check-out.
**Netflix is available for free^^ ☆☆(Netflix is also available on regular stand-alone TVs)☆☆ **A drum washing machine is provided I personally thought about and decorated the room as if I were staying there alone on a business trip or with my partner, and I carefully placed each and every item.^^ I hope you feel comfortable during your stay in our space.^^ The building is visible from the main road, and the supermarket owner keeps the alley lit until midnight, so even women can stay without feeling scared^^♡ We will communicate quickly to resolve all complaints and solve them.^^ Wishing everyone happiness^^
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If indoor smoking or pets are detected, a cleaning service fee (150,000-330,000 KRW) will be additionally charged.
