- It is located in a prime spot within a 5-minute walk of Bongcheon Station. - You can take the nearby Airport Bus 6017 (serving Incheon and Gimpo Airports). - You can quickly reach destinations along Subway Line 2, such as Gangnam Station, Hongdae, Seoul National University, and Myeongdong Station.

The tenant will be held liable for damages resulting from such violations.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
The house was clean, the heating was good, there was no noise, the infrastructure was good, and the host was nice, so I had a good stay! It's on the 6th floor without an elevator, but I think that's why I didn't have any noise. However, there is a bit of a lack of space to store clothes.
I had a great stay because you took such good care of me.
It's truly the best.
