◽ Check-in is contactless. ◽ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ◽ Check-in is at 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM. ◽ Please let us know via chat if you wish to add more guests; an additional fee applies based on the duration of the stay. ◽ Pets are not allowed. ◽ Smoking is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes. ◽ You will be held liable for any damage to indoor items or property.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. - Tenants must not cause complaints due to loud shouting or noise disturbances affecting other floors. - Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. - If management fees exceed the standard amount, the excess charges will be billed separately. Violation of the above special provisions may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages arising from such violations.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if the costs exceed the standard limit, we will bill you for the excess amount.
The location was excellent, being close to the station, and the building facilities were great. It was convenient that basic cooking utensils and daily necessities were provided.
