1 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. 2 Actions causing complaints due to loud noise or inter-floor noise are prohibited. 3 Registering the premises as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. 4 If maintenance fees are excessive, any amount exceeding the base fee will be billed separately. 5 Compensation will be claimed for any damage to indoor items or fixtures. Violation of the above special terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for damages resulting from such violations.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional fees may be charged if the included utilities are used excessively. We will bill you for any excess amounts if utility usage significantly exceeds standard levels.
