◽ Check-in is contactless. ◽ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. ◽ Check-in is at 3 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. ◽ The bed is a double size. Please let us know via chat if you need to add extra guests; an additional fee applies based on the duration of the stay. ◽ Pets are not allowed. ◽ Smoking is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes.
1 Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited throughout the building. 2 Actions causing complaints due to loud noise or inter-floor noise are prohibited. 3 Registering the premises as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. 4 If maintenance fees are excessive, any amount exceeding the base fee will be billed separately. 5 Compensation will be claimed for any damage to indoor items or fixtures. Violation of the above special terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for damages resulting from such violations.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
The host was kind, and the subway station is close by. The room was clean, just like in the photos. There is some noise from the bathroom.
It was as pleasant as the pictures. I had a good stay. ^^
