There is a bus stop 20 seconds away from the house. Parking is available in a designated parking space, but please inquire first.
Check-in time: 3 PM / Check-out time: 11 AM Check-in is contactless. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with important information and usage details. **Moving-in registration is not permitted.** Pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that you may be charged if the room is not cleaned properly upon check-out.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If indoor smoking or pets are detected, a cleaning service fee (150,000-330,000 KRW) will be additionally charged.
