Check-in is contactless. Smoking and pets are not permitted. The base occupancy is 2 people. Up to 4 people can be accommodated (an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person applies). A super single bed is set up in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed is available in the living room/bedroom area. We provide a separate topper mattress for additional guests.
The layout includes 3 bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living area, a bathroom, a veranda, and a laundry room. It is quiet and cozy—perfect for 1 or 2 people, though it can accommodate up to 4. Sitting by the veranda window with a cup of coffee while gazing at the sky seems like the perfect way to melt away the day's fatigue. How about some healing time while watching the sunset? ^^ Although it is a 5th-floor walk-up (no elevator), climbing stairs is great for your health, so it feels like a good workout. ^^ There is a bus stop right in front, making it very convenient to travel to Pohang or Gyeongju. The North Gyeongju Sports & Cultural Center is just a 5-minute walk away, offering great facilities for working out or swimming, plus the air quality is excellent. Best of all, despite the rural setting, the area is well-equipped with amenities like supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants. Angang Market and Daiso are also just a 5-minute drive away (market days are the 4th and 9th). You can even use delivery apps to get groceries from Homeplus Express delivered within 1–2 hours. With plenty of nearby attractions and a convenient setup, it’s also a great place for business travelers to stay. Within 10 minutes: Yangdong Village, Oksan Seowon, and the Royal Tomb of King Heungdeok. Pohang Jukdo Market, Songdo Beach, Yeongildae, Space Walk, Gyeongju Hwangnidan-gil, Guryongpo Japanese-style houses, etc. It is about a 20-minute drive to both Gyeongju and Pohang.
