This is a clean and pleasant room that was recently remodeled in white. It's fully furnished with a dryer, so you can just bring yourself and stay comfortably. TV, Wi-Fi, and internet are installed, and you can watch Netflix and YouTube. There's a single bed with an electric blanket, and a separate floor topper is provided. Although it's an apartment without an elevator, it's on the 2nd floor, so it's not a problem. There's also plenty of parking. It's a quiet place with good air, so it's great for a peaceful stay. Long-term stays are also possible.

Check-in is contactless. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. Please prepare your own personal hygiene items, disposable items, and toiletries.

If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. (Gas bill section based on one month 1m3~20m3 5,000 won 20~40 4,500 won 40 or more 4,000 won) For stays of 1 to 3 weeks, 4,500 won per 1m3 will be applied.

I had a good stay at a nice accommodation! There's no elevator, but it's on the second floor so it's not a problem. There's also plenty of parking, and it's easy to separate recyclables or dispose of household waste. It was very convenient to have restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and Baemin (food delivery app) was also available. The washing machine and dryer were well-equipped, so if I use it again, I think I can pack fewer clothes.
