Situated on the first floor (raised half a flight of stairs), it enjoys excellent natural light and a pleasant atmosphere. It faces due south with ample spacing between buildings, ensuring plenty of sunshine. The view from the back balcony overlooks the surrounding countryside and rural homes. You can also use the garden plot on the first floor. It offers the relaxed, peaceful vibe of a country home while being an apartment. A bus stop right in front makes it very convenient to travel to Pohang or Gyeongju. The North Gyeongju Sports & Cultural Center and a waterfront park are just a 5-minute walk away, offering great spots for working out, swimming, or taking walks in the fresh air. Best of all, despite the rural setting, the area is well-equipped with amenities like supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants; Angang Market and Daiso are also just a 5-minute drive away (market days are the 4th and 9th). It is also located close to Poongsan Metal.
Charges for items not included in the service fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional fees may be charged for excessive use of included items. The service fee is based on two guests; an additional fee of 20,000 KRW applies for each extra guest. (The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the smaller room with a super-single bed; a floor topper mat is provided for additional guests.)
