This room has been recently remodeled in a white tone and is ready for its first occupant. One of the three rooms has been set up as a living room/TV room. It faces directly south with no obstructions, so the view is excellent. ^^ It's a great place to relax while looking at the rice paddies and the sky. ~ In the summer, if you open the front and back windows, a cross breeze makes it cool. ~ In the winter, there's no draft, so the gas bill isn't high. Most importantly, the location is great for shopping at Angang Market and Top Mart. ~ Top Mart is just across the bridge, which is surprisingly convenient. ~ It will also be comfortable for those visiting the area on business.
You can take a bus to Pohang and Gyeongju from Angang Market. Pohang No. 600 (Yeongildae Beach, Hwanho Park, Botanical Garden)

It's on the 5th floor without an elevator, so it might be a bit challenging, but these days, climbing stairs is said to be good for your health, so it's manageable. It's located between Pohang and Gyeongju, and within a 10-minute drive, there are places like Oksanseowon, Heungdeokwangneung, and Yangdong Village, so there are many places to explore. You can reach Gyeongju or Pohang in 20 minutes by car. It's a perfect area to explore both Pohang and Gyeongju. Although it's a rural area, it has everything you need, so it's not inconvenient. Baemin delivery is also available. There's also a swimming pool at the nearby Bukgyeongju Sports Center. For those who need a place for a month-long stay, travel, or business trip, we hope you can relax comfortably in our home. ^^ ★Netflix and YouTube are available, and internet and Wi-Fi are installed. ★A ceiling fan with a light is installed for a comfortable stay. ★A dryer is installed. ★Beds are provided as super singles in the master bedroom and small room, and it can accommodate up to 4 people (we can prepare an extra mattress upon request).
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. (The management fee is based on 2 people, and an additional 20,000 won per person will be charged for additional guests)
