This is a lovely, neat room that has recently been renovated, and the house is currently operated exclusively for women. Two people can also share the room and split the cost :) I live on the second floor myself and keep the place well-maintained and clean! It is a shared-house setup where the kitchen and living room are communal, but the room includes a private bathroom for your exclusive use. There is a front yard, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The room comes furnished with a bed, clothes rack, lamp, and storage unit, and bedding (duvet and pillow) is also provided—so you can simply move in with just your personal belongings! Discounts are available for long-term stays, so please feel free to inquire :)
It is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Guro Digital Complex Station and Sindaebang Station on Line 2.

There are convenience stores, cafes, and a coin laundry nearby, and the Dorimcheon Stream walking path near Sindaebang Station is also great for taking a stroll :)
Costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, and internet are combined and billed monthly by dividing the total amount equally among the residents. As the room includes a private bathroom, a base water charge of 2,500 KRW per week is included in the maintenance fee.
