This room is tucked away in the corner, making it the quietest and coziest option. It is currently designated for women only. I live on the second floor and personally ensure the first floor is kept clean! It operates as a shared house where the kitchen and living room are communal, and there is a shared bathroom right outside the room. There is a front yard, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The room features a bed with three built-in storage drawers and a large wardrobe, providing plenty of space for your belongings. Bedding (duvet and pillow) is also provided, so you can simply move in with your personal items. Discounts are available for long-term stays, so please feel free to inquire.
It is a 10-minute walk from either Sindaebang Station or Guro Digital Complex Station on Line 2.
Once the contract is finalized, I will personally provide you with instructions on how to use the service.
There are convenience stores and cafes nearby! The Dorimcheon Stream walking path near Sindaebang Station is also great for a stroll :)
The costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, and internet are combined and billed monthly, divided equally among the residents.
The host was so kind, and thanks to that, I had a very comfortable stay :) I was a bit worried since it was my first time living in a shared house, but it was a great experience.
