This is a neat room that has recently been renovated! It is currently operated exclusively for women. I live on the second floor and personally keep the first floor well-maintained. It operates as a shared house where the kitchen and living room are communal, and there is a shared bathroom right outside the room. The room features a storage bed with two compartments underneath, as well as a wall-mounted clothes rack. There is a front yard, and the neighborhood is very quiet. A bed is provided, along with a duvet and pillow, so you can simply move in with your personal belongings! Discounts are available for long-term stays, so please feel free to inquire.
It is a 10-minute walk from either Sindaebang Station or Guro Digital Complex Station on Line 2.

There are convenience stores and cafes nearby! The Dorimcheon Stream walking path near Sindaebang Station is also great for a stroll :)
The costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, and internet are combined and billed monthly, divided equally among the residents.
