This room features a large floor-to-ceiling window that lets in plenty of sunlight. It is currently designated for women only. I live on the second floor and personally keep the first floor clean and well-maintained! It operates as a shared house where the kitchen and living room are communal areas, and there is a shared bathroom right outside the room. There is a front yard, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The room comes furnished with a bed, and bedding (duvet and pillow) is provided. I look after the place regularly and even stock the living room with snacks. You can simply move in with just your personal belongings! Discounts are available for long-term stays, so please feel free to inquire.
It is a 10-minute walk from either Sindaebang Station or Guro Digital Complex Station on Line 2.
Once the contract is finalized, I will personally provide you with instructions on how to use the service.
There are convenience stores and cafes nearby! The Dorimcheon Stream walking path near Sindaebang Station is also great for a stroll :)
The costs for electricity, water, gas, heating, and internet are combined and billed monthly, divided equally among the residents.
The room was beautifully decorated with great taste. It was well-ventilated, making my stay very pleasant.
